More Construct2 Behaviors

In this activity, you will explore a few additional behaviors.

Turn In: Game file Driving2.capx

Make a copy of the Driving1.capx file named Driving2.capx. If you do not have a Driving1.capx file, create it with the layout size of 1440 by 2560 and the window size of 720 by 1280. Sprites should include a car, a railing, and a barrel.

Duplicate the railing object to put a railing around the driving course. Duplicate several of the barrel objects and place them randomly around the driving course. Give both the railing and the barrel objects the Solid behavior.

Add the Car behavior to the car object. Run layout and drive around. Notice that the arrow keys work different than the 8Direction behavior and that the car goes off the screen.

Add the ScrollTo behavior to the car object and Run layout. Notice the car is able to move around the layout and the layout adjusts accordingly.

Go into the Construct2 manual (or use the Help link) and find what each of the Car behavior properties do then do some adjustments and testing with those properties.
